Baron Pedro Coramen is the current baron of the Salòdica Barony, an offshore colony and port settlement controlled and operated by Caradia.

Pedro, who was not born into nobility, was chosen to become the baron of the new settlement because of his position as the leader of the managers who led the construction of the city. Pedro achieved this position because of his past service in the Black Armada, where he had earned the rank of commodore. His decisive personality and strict nature, which he was lauded for by his commanding officers, caused him to possess the skills necessary to achieve a high ranking position in the expeditionary force that set up the Salòdica Barony. Pedro has since displayed apt political knowhow, enabling a lasting position in the Caradian nobility.

Political Views

Since his instatement as the baron of Salòdica, Pedro has demonstrated a strictly conservative viewpoint, showing strong civic nationalism in his policies. His alignment includes strongly expansionist tendencies, as well as a belief that the Sacovian people must be united under the Caradian flag. In his position on the Ducal Council, he has expressed strong militarism and lobbies for Caradia to annex Sacovia. Pedro has also advocated stronger policies on controlling foreign influence, such as further amplification of punishments for the crimes of sedition and treason. He has also voiced support for greater international presence and initation of contact with many of the more influential nations on Micras.
