Sanaman nationality and residency law
From MicrasWiki
WIP
Sanaman nationality and residency law is a federal matter. Citizenship is normally granted by the cantons, which automatically confers citizenship in the federation and the commune where the applicant resides. However, for certain classes of applicants, the federal government grants citizenship, which is then automatically extended to the canton where that person resides or, if the person resides outside Sanama, in the canton where the person takes up residency. Residency and leave to remain legislation is also a federal matter.
