O-001, or Ransenari Ordinance 1, is the first ordinance issued by the Lord High Steward Sean O'Callaghan in 25.IX.1673 AN. It was issued from the Palace of Termarth in Goldfield, Ransenar.
This ordinance enables the Government of Ransenar to provide rewards to those Ransenari citizens that aid in the recovery of all former regime assets.

WHEREAS during a period of strife and collapse of Imperial authority, financial assets belonging to the government of the County of Elsyran may have been illegally seized, looted, stole, or destroyed;WHEREAS the financial assets of the former Government of the County of Elsyran and former Imperial regime structure in Elsyran that are located abroad must be repatriated back to Ransenar;
I hereby promulgate the following:
ARTICLE I. Purpose and Definitions.
1. This Ordinance provides conditions for the payment of rewards for information leading to the recovery of Ransenari state or Imperial regime-owned assets.
2. “Ransenari state assets” is defined to mean funds or other financial assets or economic resources of the previous government of the County of Elsyran or its state bodies, corporations, or agencies located in or outside Ransenar as of 25.IX.1673 AN.
3. “Imperial regime-owned assets” is defined to mean funds or other financial assets or economic resources of given to Elsyran from officials, bodies, and agencies of the former Imperial Republic of Shireroth, including entities owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by them or by persons acting on their behalf or at their direction.
ARTICLE II. Authority.
The Lord High Steward, in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, may authorize the payment of financial rewards to eligible individuals who provide the Kingdom of Ransenar with information that leads to the recovery of Ransenari state assets or former Imperial regime-owned assets rightfully belonging to Ransenar and its People.
