RD-IV, or Ransenari Royal Decree IV, is the fourth royal decree issued by the Queen of Ransenar, in XX.XXX.1673 AN. It was issued from the Palace of Termarth in Goldfield, Ransenar.

This Royal Decree provides for the creation of government bodies to regulate the Ransenari economy and facilitate economic development and growth.
