RD-II, or Ransenari Royal Decree II, is the second royal decree issued by the Queen of Ransenar, in XX.XXX.1674 AN. It was issued from the Palace of Termarth in Goldfield, Ransenar.
This Royal Decree provides for the organization of the executive government of the Kingdom of Ransenar.
