Seting pikas with chicken, scallions, onions and eggs.

Seting Pikas, meaning rice porridge, usually just called seting, is a traditional Sanaman dish that is very popular in primarily Sanama. It consists of rice porridge cooked on rice, water and salt, with added fish sauce, garlic, onions, ground black pepper and chicken pieces and broth. It is often topped with toasted garlic, scallions, and a boiled egg. It can also be bought in cups in Jollichick, where it usually has sugar added to make it sweeter.
