ESB Growth Zones (Keltia)

The purpose of this enterprise, a subsidiary of the Keltian Directorate of the Honourable Company, is to conduct prospecting operations and special actions intended to stimulate agricultural, forestry, and mining activities in those areas of the Green adjacent to Alduria-Wechua. By these means, supported by the Reclamation Services and the volunteer labour forces of the Honourable Company, the ESB Growth Zones will draw into the economy of Alduria-Wechua the resources and manpower required for the fulfilment of the ambitious government targets mandated under the second five year cycle of the New Prosperity Plan.
