The Chidao Emperor is the 91st Heavenly Light of the Jingdaoese Empire. He was born in 1657 as son of the Hai Emperor, who had died by a stray bullet during a conflict between Imperial Whites and a group of young officers who wanted to "free the Emperor" from the anti-war and democratic influences. The reign of the Chidao Emperor is the longest and most stable in the history of the empire, at the same time he is also considered to be the most autocratic.
