The flag of the Republic of Shimmerspring is a square banner divided equally into two vertical bands, one blue (closest to the hoist), one red. The flag is the same as the flag of the Istvanistani Patriotic Army, and the same flag is also used as the national emblem of the Republic of Shimmerspring.
