The National Effort is a federal plan in Sanama that began in 1674. The goal is to have a fully equipped and functioning armed force by 1680. Much of the national industry is engaged in the effort, and it is funded by revenue from oil and natural gas sales. The establishment of the Sanaman Antarctic Territory is a part of the effort.
