Vereinigte Staatseisenbahn AG (Common Tongue: United State Railway) is a Weisenburger, often abbreviated as the VSE state-owned railroad company. Headquarters in Weisenburg, the company is owned by the Ministry of Transport and is responsible for the maintaining routes, rolling stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of rail services.

The company maintains overall control over all railroads in the UPC. While some railroads are privately owned, it is required that the VSE holds at least a 25% in these railroads. The VSE also operates a connection to Aemilia's Coast Tram network through an interchange in the city of Altdorf.
