Svetostrov Act

The Act to annex Svetostrov was adopted by the thirteenth session of the Senate of the Lakes on 5.X.1734.

Text

The Senate of the Lakes, having received the petition from the government and people of Svetostrov to form a realm of the Order of the Holy Lakes, resolves as follows:

1. The sovereignty of the Order of the Holy Lakes is hereby extended to the entirety of the island and waters of Svetostrov.
2. Henceforth, Svetostrov forms a realm of the Order of the Holy Lakes under the name of the Realm of the Holy Island.
3. Đorđe Babić is authorized and directed to establish a government of the realm of the Holy Island in line with the Charter for the Order of the Holy Lakes as Viceroy of the Realm.
