The Starlight Awards of Merit and Achievement, commonly known as the Starlight Awards or the Starlights, are awards for artistic and technical merit for the film industry. They are bestowed annually by the National Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences (NAMPAS) in recognition of excellence in film and cinema achievements as judged by the voting members of NAMPAS.
