Foreign relations of Cerulea

The foreign relations of Cerulea are headed by the Commissariat for Foreign Affairs, headed by the Commissar in charge, Nada Lesjak. While Cerulea currently has no bilateral relations, it is open to establishing them. It has ratified the Convention on the Laws of the Seas.
