Wellingdon (officially the City & County of Wellingdon) is the largest city and commercial capital of the Autonomous State of Port Balaine in the Confederate States of Floria. The population as of 1705 AN was 541,824. The city lies on the west coast of the Island of Wells, on the Gulf of Esgality. Directly offshore is Wyrm Skerry.
In contrast, the political capital of Port Balaine is The Promenade.
