Kaiser Gaelen II was the 64th kaiser of Shireroth. He belonged to the Line of Ly'Technomaezj-Metzler. Kaiser Gaelen II consolidated all imperial power and began ruling by decree. He issued the first imperial decrees in modern Shireroth: Imperial Decree 1,2,3,4, and 5.
