Kyustendil is a the capital city of the Aerlan Autonomous Region of Ranentsi, and being the former capital of the Senyan territory of the same name. Refounded in 1709 AN after decades of the city being stateless. The city is the headquarters of Kyus Earthworks & Rail Construction, an earthworks and railway contractor founded there in 1723 AN.
