Lucas Andreas Kessler (b. 10.VII.1717 AN) is an Aerlan civil servant who currently serves as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Aerla.
The son of a senior civil servant in the small city of Culver City, Kessler attended Agalore University and received a Master's degree International Relations. Learning Vegnian at the Foreign Services Institute in Noursala, he was soon after appointed as Deputy Consul in Mhazar. In 1743 AN, he was appointed by President Michel Sabbagh as Ambassador to Vegno.
In 1750 AN the recently-elected President Thomas Guthrie, whom Kessler had developed a close friendship with, appointed Kessler as Minister of Foreign Affairs. His conformation passed in the National Assembly unanimously.
His term saw both the ratification of the Noursala Arrangement between Aerla and Nouvelle Alexandrie, as well as the nation's accession to the Concord Alliance Treaty Organization.
