Shintaro (Shintarian: ‮ᬰᬶᬦ᭄ᬢᬭᭀ‬, Sìntárō, Jawi: شينتارو), officially State of Shintaro (Shintarian: ‮ᬓᬳᬦᬦ᭄ᬰᬶᬦ᭄ᬢᬭᭀ‬, Kahanan Sìntárō, Hoennese: 慎太郎の様子 (Shintarō no Yōsu?) Phineaner: Negeri Shintaro, Jawi: نڬري شينتارو) is a state in Forajasaki which were located on the center of Menet peninsula in Cyber-Island Chain. Shintaro was famously called "The Strangest State in Forajasaki" due to it's culture, traditions, weird legends, myths and it's life in the state. The State of Shintaro also have it's diverse and unique culture due to it's rural lifestyle and primitive traditions and it is different from the Phineaner culture from rest of Forajasaki and Phinbella and was reflected into the people living in the state. The capital city of this state is Pepalih Watik and the royal city is Trui Ketam.

This state borders Phinbellan territory of Province Wellesley and Suyaj-Ardab and the Plazas de Irian in the west and the Phinbellan special administrative territory of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan in the east. This state became a part of Forajasaki on February RP 2618.
