The Sospiro Stadium is a football stadium in the city of Scanzata, Vegno.
The stadium currently has a capacity of 22,000 for football games, and is the home of Hellas Scanzata and Rossoblù Scanzata, playing respectively in Lega A and Lega C.
History
The Sospiro stadium was inaugurated by the municipality of Scanzata in 2022, renovating an old facility already present in the municipal area.
In 2024 it is included in the list of stadiums for the Vegno 2024 Copa Apollonia bid and for the execution of the 2024 Copa Apollonia, its capacity is increased from 22,000 to 30,000 seats.
In addition to the expansion of seats, it is also renovated in some of its sections, such as the entrances and the stairs to access the seats, which are modernized and made more accessible.
