Ponente (/ˈponˈɛnte/), in Istvanistani sometimes referred to as Western Region, is a region and island of Vegno, located in the central-eastern part of the nation. It extends over a mainly flat and hilly area, offering fascinating landscapes and a variety of natural attractions. The population amounts to about 612,611 people, distributed among the main cities, including the capital Villamagna, the big cities of Capolanza, Voma and Bescia Mella.
