West Moorland, sometimes referred to as Westmoorland, is a council territory of the Kingdom of Moorland. The region is the western half of the old Nova English National Redoubt, centered around the city of Threlkeld that sits on the western shores of Loch Dunholm. It is much more rural than its heavily-populated sister council to the east and is considered the breadbasket of the kingdom. The numerous farms supply grains, produce, dairy and livestock to the rest of Moorland.
