The 2023 FMFF Regions Cup qualification rounds will be the regional qualifying competitions for the 2023 FMFF Regions Cup, the inaugural tournament of its kind.

Each of the four FMFF regions are given a quota of four berths to be filled.

Apollonian region

Conditional entries

Format

Twelve of the thirteen Apollonian region members will compete in the first round, with Senya receiving a bye, by virtue of their performance at the 2022 FMFF World Championships. Teams will be drawn into one of three "paths", each containing four teams. The four teams will contest semi-finals and a final, with the winner of each path's final advancing to the second round of qualification and Group A. The teams eliminated in the first round will advance to Group B.
