The Euran League - Raspur Division (est. 1663 AN) is a mixed professional and amateur football league, comprised of five professional clubs based in Raspur City and eleven amateur "exhibition teams" provided by the provinces and the growing Constancian expatriate community, organised into a single division. The title "Euran League" refers to the Raspurid aspiration that all indigenous Euran realms will establish their own national divisions within a common league structure and come together for a top-division Euran Champions League.
Teams play each other twice, once home and once away. The winner is awarded 3 points, a draw gives one point, and a loss gives no points. The top five teams are then called upon to participate in the Euran Champions League against the five teams called forth from the counterpart Constancian and Aldurian divisions. The team that finishes at the top of the division additionally receives the Jam-e Kei-khosrow, the division trophy, for that year.
The league is sorted according to the following rules:
- Points
- Goal difference
- Scored goals
- Number of wins
- Head to head record (points only)
If the teams cannot be separated based on this, and if the championship, international qualification or relegation is at stake, the teams involved shall meet in a playoff game on neutral ground.
Teams must register a squad of 25 players. U21 players need not be registered. At least two players must be goalkeepers. No more than five foreign players may be registered. Constancian players are considered foreign for the purpose of maintaining the separation of the two divisions of the Euran League. Team must also have at least eight players registered who have completed their foundational training with the Dabirestân-e Andarûn between the ages of 12 and 16.
Teams must have positive equity. Teams entering administration will be registered as volunteering for community service at the pleasure of the Khan.
The league was suspended between 1665 and 1670, on account of the upheavals occurring in the wake of the Second Euran War, before resuming during the Dry Season of 1671.
