BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present 2nd session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
PART I GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1. CITATION.
This Act shall be officially cited as the “Treaty of Victoria Ratification Act, 1699”.
2. RATIFICATION OF TREATY OF VICTORIA.
The Treaty of Victoria (also known as the “Treaty of Friendship and Economic Cooperation Between the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie and the Kingdom of Meckelnburgh”), hereinafter "the Treaty", is hereby ratified.
The text of the Treaty is affixed to Schedule I of this Act.
3. TREATY REGULATIONS.
Once the Treaty has entered into force as provided by this Act, H.M. the King shall have the power to make regulations via Royal Decree for the implementation of the Treaty.
This Bill shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
In the event any provision or part of this Bill is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Bill, will be inoperative.
