Carl-Petter Carstensen (born 1663) is a Norse military officer (Brigadgeneral) and politician. Minister for Culture, Education and Research in the Cabinet of Arnold Christianssønn Einhorn and Chief of Armed Forces Training & Development Staff in the Nordhær, both positions held since 1703.
Son of Tor Carstensen (1633– ) and Hilda Bernsen (1635– ). Married to Andrea Underberg. Knight of the Holy Lakes by virtue of descent from the Line of Einhorn.
