The Cynulliad Cenedlaethol election of 1703 was an election to elect Calbion's unicameral assembly. The election was called by the Nationalist Bevan-Hall government following an official petition from Nationalist faction members. The election was anticipated to extend the majority of the widely popular government. The settlement of the Elwynnese Civil war, and several economic reforms as well as the expansion of foreign relations to certain key allies caused an economic boom in Calbion.

The election also saw a reversal of the previous three seats awarded to the church and the two autonomous regions. With further devolution having taken place, the Cynulliad Cenedlaethol's 198 seats were once again solely elected by the Aeronesian part of the country.
