This is a list of all current and past member nations of the MFF.
History
Membership within the MFF was first created soon after the federation's founding during the organisation of the inaugural MFF World Cup in 2013. Those nations which applied successfully to be involved were granted MFF membership. Since then, any nation entering an MFF organised tournament is automatically awarded MFF membership.
Current MFF members
Gerenia
In the MFF there is currently only one associate member. Gerenia, although participating in World Cup events, requested that full membership status not be applied to the nation as it wanted to remain not a member of the MFF.
Rankings
Since 2013, the MFF has published a rankings list of all members nations. The first ranking list will be publish following the World Cup.
