Travel Guide Format is the preferred format for wiki articles on nations, provinces, and cities. It's intended to present an in-world characterization of geographical features allowing a consistent set of links from the main map. Travel Guide Format is loosely based on WikiTravel ([1]).
Articles in Travel Guide Format should have some or all of the following sections, in the following order:
- Summary
- History
- Geography
- Transportation
- Famous Places/Attractions
- Famous Foods/Products/Activities
- Cultural Tips
The Examplestan article is a good...example...of a page properly written in the Travel Guide Format.
