The Decree: On Prince Elian or Lord Walstadt (1645:001-M) is a decree by Noor, Queen of the Elian Lands, issued on 13 Grunil 1645.
Text
Decreed hereby the Queen's Radiant Majesty:
1. The titles and positions and fiefs belonging to Prince Elian and Lord of Walstadt are abolished.
2. It shall be a crime for anyone to use these titles.
3. The organization of the Elian Lands following the latest enlargement remains under discussion by the political parties of the various demesnes of the Union.
