The winner of the Governor's Trophy qualified for the 2020–21 WMFA Champions' League. The runner-up qualified for the 2020–21 WMFA Cup. Previously, teams from Lusa qualified for competitions in the CTFA region, but due to the 2020 eruption of Montaña Blanca and subsequent evacuation, Lusa was moved to the WMFA region for the 2020–21 season onwards.
