Short-lived revolutionary (c.July 2004) government in Attera. The United Sovereignties was an attempt by Tomaz Painn and his never-identified associates to overthrow the dictatorial Atteran government and replace it with a leftist-Communist federation.
After crushing the uprising, the Atterans decided to attempt to prosecute Emperor Jacobus, a former ally of Aterra.
