In accordance with Article 30 of the Currency, Exchange and Banking Act, the Royal Chancellor hereby appoints Sir Ross Kilder, K.L.G. as Governor of the Royal Bank of Commerce for a period of six months, renewable at the Royal Chancellor's pleasure or until such a time as Sir Ross resigns or is otherwise removed from the position.
