A kayak operational permit is a document required for those wishing to kayak certain portions of the Tiger River in Sayaffallah. The permit itself requires a demonstration of kayak skill to the conservation rangers on duty and attendance of a short half day class on water safety and backcountry rescue procedures as well as general knowledge of what to do if encountering a tiger.
