Banner Group East is a military organization under the Raspur Pact's Keltia Command led by Marcelino Cárdenas. As of mid-1743 AN it consists of one brigade of Marines from the Imperial Federation and a battalion of Matamorano irregulars.
Establishment
On 20.V.1743 AN, Santiago Alguacil of the Republic of Matamoros announced that "military aid" from the 25th Imperial Marines had arrived to assist the PGRM in asserting control over their territory.[1] In addition, a budget had been allocated for Banner Group East's headquarters. On 12.VI.1743, the Imperial Constancian Ambassador to the Imperial Federation announced that around a thousand Santiago loyalists had formed the Brigada Liberacion with the stated objective of serving President Alguacil in his effort to restore the Matamorano government.
