Artistic impression of the pocket dimension, which may be the brief and terrible afterlife for those wretches consigned there.

In Cedrism, the ancestral faith of Shireroth, Balgurd is the abode of daemons and the infamous or sinful dead.

The name has also been applied to a certain pocket dimension with which the planet of Micras has seemingly become entangled. This dimension, whilst inimical to human life and the mortal realm in general, has also yielded a source of abundant energy which, thus far, only Pleroma Solutions of Kezan has ever successfully exploited.
