The 2023 FMFF Regions Cup will be the inaugural edition of the FMFF Regions Cup.
Hosting
Stadiums
Qualified teams
Qualification will begin in February 2023. One team from each FMFF region will qualify for the semi-finals.

Format
Four teams will qualify for the competition. Teams will be randomly drawn into semi-final single-leg ties, with the winners advancing to the final.
Squads
Teams will be required to name a twenty player squad for the tournament, with two goalkeepers, numbered 1 to 20.
