The Cerulean National League is the governing body of the sport of hockey in Cerulea. It consists of 2 Conferences, 4 Divisions and a total of 16 teams. The CNL organization is part of the broader People's Committee of the CNL, itself an internal committee of The Commissariat for National Sportsmanship.
Conferences and Teams

The league is divided into two geographic conferences, the Northern and Southern Conferences. Each conference has two divisions and a total of 4 teams per division. At the end of the season the National Peoples' CNL Championship Cup game is held between the two Conference Champions.
