The 1721 National People's CNL Championship Cup Match was between the Umsk Reindeers and the Notranskya Cavalrymen, with the Cavalrymen taking the first ever CNL Peoples' Cup with a score of 5 to 4 in an overtime battle of the final game in the best-of-seven series. Umsk retained the title of Conference Champion for the season.
