One of the core philosophies of City Football Group since its inception has been the mutual supporting of clubs through combined scouting and player sharing. While virtually all large clubs operate an international scouting network, financial demands make it impossible to access local knowledge in foreign countries to the same extent as a domestic club could. CFG clubs therefore provide invaluable services to each other by using their own local scouting networks to share information on players between clubs. With their combined knowledge, the group advertises that it has extensive information on half a million players around the world. Possessing such a network then allows the local clubs to sign players early in their development, safe in the knowledge that the range of clubs CFG owns means that they can be placed at any of a number of sides as their development continues and the need for other challenges arises.

City Football Group Limited (CFG) is a holding company that administers association football clubs. The group is owned by three organisations; of which 40% is majority owned by the Seragaan Limited. Another 40% is held by the Krasno firm Belaov while the remaing 20% is shared between DTICT Capital and other shareholders.

History

Founded in 2022, City Football Group was founded by Isaac Yew and Clover Yio to create a global football entity.

The group first purchased Daau City FC in 2021 under the name of Isaac Yew and was soon transferred to the City Football Group. They then opted to purchase Belaov City in the same year.

Principles and Interests

Youth and Player Development

As one of the founding targets, one of the group's ultimate target was to improve youth facilities around Eura. Academies such as the Daau City Football Group Academy and the Krasnovlac City Football Group Academy have been founded in their respective countries.

The group is renowned for selling talented youth players for high prices and buying them at a low price when they're young. This prompted the founders to go on and purchase smallter clubs around the globe, for example Cezero Negrata in the Daau League was purchased.

Collaboration between clubs

CFG Owned Clubs

Daau City FC

CFG would purchase Daau City Council FC in 2021 and it would be renamed to Daau City Football Club.

The then manager Jorge would be sacked two months in due to poor results and the club's board of directors and chairman were changed within a month. Pipi Rodriguez would be hired as manager and is still serving as manager till now.

Ibrahim Yew (brother of Isaac Yew) would be voted as club chairman.

Belaov City

The group purchased Belaov City in 2022 for an undisclosed fee and has promised to raise the club to a new level and will rule over Krasnovlac once again.

Two Dauian players were signed from Daau City for 800k in total, including Arif Faisal and Daniel Rafael.

Cezero Negrata

Cezero Negrata would be bought for Cr 100k in 2021 by CFG to further improve football in Daau. The club currently has won 1 Southern Seragaan League title and has been promoted to the Daau League as of 2022.

UPB-MyTeam FC

UPB-MyTeam was sold to CFG for Cr 500k in September 2022 with the club being the first Dauian owned club in Phinbella.
