DECREE: REGARDING GROẞE-ELFEN-KLEINE-STADT (1688:006-M)
It is decreed that the lordship and city of Große-Elfen-Kleine-Stadt (大精小市 Daiseikoshi) shall henceforth be known as Kleinstadt (小市 Koshi).
Done at the Court of the Whales, this ninth day of Friedeber in the year 1688.
