The Great Southern Armada is the naval armed forces of the Union Australis, and is the only armed forces division of the armies of the constituent nations of the Union to have operational fusion. Consisting of the Ciric Navy and the Black Armada, the Great Southern Armada is mainly occupied with anti-piracy measures in the antarctic ice pack, as well as in Western Eura near Porto Vormouna. While the navies making up the armada are operationally fused, their organisational structure is still fairly separate, being divided into the Western Fleet, which is mainly made up of the Ciric Navy, and the Eastern Fleet, which is mainly composed of the Black Armada. Units from both navies are combined in the Northern Fleet, which is relatively small and based in Porto Vormouna.

Additional to the Great Southern Armada, the Union Australis maintains a division of small naval craft (patrol boats, corvettes, etc.) that are not part of the Armada, but instead are relegated to smaller tasks that do not require the force of a full naval battle fleet or submarine force. This also includes naval craft not directly involved with naval combat (logistics ships, submarine tenders, etc.
