Teams is diveded in two groups. In group A is 6 teams and in group B is 5 teams, total on this tournemt is 11 teams. Each team play against each other two times. Group A games is played on Hala Viteńska Group B games is played on MOSiR w Vitenie.
The 2018 MFF Micras Open was the first edition of the MFF Micras Open.
