RD-VI, or Ransenari Royal Decree VI, is the sixth royal decree issued by the Queen of Ransenar, in XX.XXX.1673 AN. It was issued from the Palace of Termarth in Goldfield, Ransenar.
This Royal Decree provides for the regulation of the spontaneously created paramilitary forces and popular militias of the Kingdom of Ransenar.

WHEREAS We wish to provide special exceptions to the laws and regulations of public personnel with respect to the personnel management, service, education, training, morale, and status guarantee of military personnel, taking into consideration the significance of responsibilities and duties of military personnel and the distinct characteristics of their status and service conditions;ARTICLE I. Scope of Application.
