The Bovic Kingdom of Drak-Modan is a unitary state divided into four demesnes: Capeshire, Kizshire, Sehmlshire, and So-Sara.
Kizshire
Kizshire, named after former Shirerithian Kaiseress and Queen of Malarboria, Kizzy Drakland, is home to the capital of the kingdom, Drakorda. It has become the new seat of Drak-Modani culture since the capital was removed from Modan Hamlet. The economy of Kizshire reliant on the service and government industries, with small chromium mines in the north.

Capeshire
Capeshire is economically important. Three busy ports, Eriksburg, Modan Hamlet, and Rayor's Point occupy an important point in the Benacian trade routes. Goods that once freely went up and down the Elwynn River now require alternate routes to get inland and up to Shirekeep. Eastern Capeshire is the kingdom's greatest producer of grain, and has the most fertile grain-producing soil in southern and eastern Benacia. It's capital is Modan Hamlet.

- Population: 11 million
Sehmlshire
Sehmlshire, named after lackluster Shirerithian Kaiser, Sehml I. The loss of some of Lachmodan's coastline and barrier islands to neighboring Sanama reduced Twoggle's importance as a port city. As a result, Sehmlshire is now among the poorest of Drak-Modan's demesnes, as it is mostly rural. It is known for a sturdy breed of donkey, nicknamed Sehml's ass, that is gaining popularity as an unofficial national animal. It's capital, Lyhigh, attracts many tourists as its castle was where Kizzy Drakland first used the Sword of Fire to ignite her Emberbark, setting her down her daemonic path.
- Capital: Lyhigh
- Other cities: Twoggle
- Exports: Pack animals
- Population: 4 million
So-Sara
So-Sara, often part of the neighboring island archipelagos of Mirioth and Amity, is now separated and fully under Drak-Modani sovereignty after a brief territorial disagreement with the stillborn Republic of Yardistan. So-Sara was considered critical for the new kingdom's essential fruit supply. It's capital is Dracoheim, which is believed to be the ancient, semi-legendary origin of the Draconian people of Natopia, and the city where, according to lore Kaiser Loki I spent time in the brothels and started the bloodline that would become the Line of Drak.
Most of the So-Saran islands have become tropical fruit plantations, with a large migrant population during the harvest season, and tourists year-round. Many plantations are owned by conglomerates, former noble families, and others.
