Every winter, thousands of Aiji-Hial-Nas swarm from their native habitat in Western Corum, to the warmer waterways of the continent’s North. Featuring slender, spine covered bodies, and large iridescent wings, this large predatory hial - which can feature wingspans up to a meter wide - spends most of its time feeding on fish which it catches the Sea of Storms or the Austral Strait. Today, this creature is widely hunted for the nutrient rich, partially digested fish pulp which can be found in large quantity in its intestines. This partially digested fish pulp is a delicacy across the Bassarid Trade Union.
Found in 13 out of 20 Pallisican cities in Corum, this species is common.
