Lord Serphant was a Florian terrorist and the founder and supreme leader of the First Order of the Florian Republic, A former ultranationalist Far-right guerrilla paramilitary group committed to reclaiming the lost territories of Floria during the War of Lost Brothers and eliminating the temporary occupations of Floria. He was born as Nicholas Chambers and was reportedly abandoned by his parents when he was a child.As a child he grew hatred and anger gaining hated towards the Florian Government growing up exploring its weaknesses and the desire to destroy it and replace it with a fascist administration.
