The National Education Authority was founded in 1875 as the watchdog arm of the [[Council of Educators]] to ensure that the directives of the COE were being adhered to by all levels of educational institutions within Sayaffallah. Prior to the establishment of the NEA the Council of Educators relied upon direct reporting by educational institutions. When the COE began randomly investigating schools they found significant to severe discrepancies in the information that was provided to them and the information they uncovered during the course of their investigation. | |||
