The Arboria-Senya Cooperation Council is a proposed institution to improve cooperation, coordination, and partnerships, as well as to improve efficiencies and understanding between the two. Comprised of panels from both parties, themselves composed of public officials and private sectors partners, this was the beginning of a people-to-people synergy.
The Arborian panel was "informally" constituted by Order in Council of the Princess of Arboria, pending official Natopian government approval.
