Nueva Santander is a city of the Imperial State of Constancia, chartered by Autokratorial Decree on 13.XV.1714, located on the Gulf of Aqaba coast southeast of the Nouvelle Alexandrie city of Massina, and near the Constancian city of Aden. It is administratively part of the Principality of Molivadia.

It is intended to be the primary western port of the Principality of Molivadia.

It is presently governed by Deputy Minister of Molivadia Dennis Tzimiskes, son of the esteemed Basil Tzimiskes, in a concurrent capacity.
